Trusted Advice From Experienced Professionals

Transition Wealth is a family owned business. There are no institutional shareholders which means no sales targets or product manufacturers calling the shots regarding which products are favoured. Not only does this lead to a great client experience, but it means you partner with someone who can help you critically assess the pros and cons of your ever-evolving choices and chart a course that truly suits you.
Scott Hammond

Scott’s career in financial services spans more than 20 years. He has developed a rich knowledge of the industry during this time, working across small, medium and large advice firms including ipac Securities. He was also responsible for establishing and growing two of these businesses.

With a strong passion for collaboration and teamwork, moving into private practice and founding Transition Wealth was the logical next step for Scott. He genuinely enjoys being able to assess issues from a high-level perspective so that his clients are focused only on the things that are important. (He doesn’t believe in wasting time worrying and doesn’t want his clients to either!)

Scott also enjoys assembling a team of the right people to solve complicated problems. It’s an ethos that is integral to Transition Wealth and has seen the business grow from strength to strength since its foundation. It’s also the reason Scott convinced his wife, Grace, with her background in accounting, to be part of the Transition Wealth journey.

Scott’s many long-term, loyal clients trust him for advice relating to retirement planning, superannuation and investments, and wealth protection incorporating the various forms of life insurance.
